For now, everything is fine, I have tested it and it does reach 45 km/h, but as others have mentioned in their comments, its range is not the best. If I had read this before buying it, I would have thought twice about it. It's cool because of its height and wheels, but if I have any future issues, I will come back to leave additional comments.

The charger is not working. I write to the sellers but no one responds. I wait two days and if there is no response, I request a refund. When I plug in the charger, the green light comes on as if the battery is full, but the battery is actually empty.

The seller was truly exceptional compared to all the others I have contacted at AliExpress, and I can never thank him enough: In fact, I received the iScooter iX5s with damaged packaging and the scooter did not work; I couldn't turn it on. After contacting Aliexpress, my case was not progressing in the right direction at all. Aliexpress was out of the loop. I contacted the seller, explained the problem (with photos as evidence), and he sent me new spare parts to repair the scooter. After 15 days of the scooter being out of service and stored in the garage, I replaced the Controller/Display and the control module: Miracle, everything is working normally.

I highly recommend this seller; he is really reliable, attentive to his customers, and his help was invaluable to me.

The product is good but the delivery is delayed.

The order took longer than expected; it was supposed to arrive by the 7th, but it arrived on the 10th. The package arrived very damaged and with some broken parts. I have sent a message to the seller, but he is not responding because I need a technical data sheet and an approval certificate to register it and get insurance so I can drive it. These gentlemen are not responding.

Nice scooter but I prefer the i3 as it has good stability and speed at 45km to unlock with 4 ho 5 clicks remember to turn off the cruise control and it's dangerous regarding shipping I had to wait since December 12th and it arrived yesterday the 29th but it's worth mentioning that there was Christmas and holidays the product arrived new and unused as many say Happy New Year guys

Be careful, the battery of the scooters doesn't even last 15km, and I noticed that this is a recurring problem with several people who bought it. After 6 km, I lost one bar, after 10 km, I lost 3 bars, and I still remained limited to 25 km/h.
