Great bike so far easy enough to set up and runs great, been out twice with no issues and been nice places, best bit is you can go further still get a workout but still have the electric motor to help when you need it, will give further feedback at some point to see how it does in time, thanks 🙏

The bike is great overall and everything works well. delivery and communication were excellent. the only small issue is that the pedal keeps loosening and needs tightening occasionally, but apart from that i’m very happy with it.

Great seller issue resolved promptly

The bike itself is fantastic, far better than expected for the price. the only issue is that the front and rear gear selectors were connected to the wrong shifters, resulting in me having to buy new cables and rerouting the existing connections to the opposite side shifter. not the end of the world but a bit annoying.

Beautiful, comfortable and high-performing

Great bike. Only the seat is too hard for my weight, 90 kg, and I had to change it. Otherwise, an excellent product.

The bicycle is perfect for what I need it for, it has good range and a quality that matches its price. The only downside was a factory assembly defect that I have already resolved. The seller's service has been satisfactory.

In terms of quality-price, the bike is very good; there are some details that could be improved, such as the brakes and the front shock absorber, but I repeat that for the price it is a good bike for city riding, not for mountain use.

Second bike ordered of very good quality and ultra-fast delivery, even too fast; the first one arrived in 8 days. I ordered a second one for another location and it arrived in two days, so I wasn't there and had to check with a neighbor. It's a shame we can't manage delivery dates directly with the delivery person, but overall a good transaction and a top-notch seller, I highly recommend.

The bike was delivered without any problems within 6 days. It looks good and is equipped with the basic necessities. After assembly and testing, a defect appeared in the rear wheel, which was bent. I contacted the seller with a request to solve this problem. The seller was very helpful and we came to an agreement that he would send me a new wheel, which he did and in 4 days i had a new wheel at home. I can highly recommend this seller, without worrying about dealing with any possible damage to the delivered goods. I thank the seller and wish him many good sales of his goods.
